Using this stand makes it so very much easier to insert the extremely large Scleral Lens. A similar piece of equipment offered at my doctor's office sells for $399.00 ~ ~ and it operates the exact same way at this much more affordable product.     I have great difficulty inserting my scleral lens every day, and I had to rig up a contraption to help me. (Clear plastic bowl with flashlight inside, sit plastic tube on top of bowl, insert rubber tip into tube, fill lens with saline, bend over, pray). This does the same thing, but better, and it is more stable and has a smaller footprint for travel. I highly recommend it.
